Berkeley DB error while opening 'strings' table

From: Allan Streib <streib_at_cs.indiana.edu>

We are encountering this occasionally in CruiseControl, when it attempts
to check a project for modifications. The complete message is:

ThoughtWorks.CruiseControl.Core.CruiseControlException: Source control
operation failed: svn: Berkeley DB error while opening 'strings' table
for filesystem E:/svn/db: Resource device . Process command:
E:\Applications\Subversion\bin\svn.exe log -v -r
"{2005-04-28T16:24:20Z}:{2005-04-29T16:01:32Z}" --xml --non-interactive
svn://xxxxxxxx/Prototypes/trunk/xxxxxx

(svn URL obscured, above).

I've seen a couple mentions of similar errors in the archives, but no
resolution. Suspect that this may happen when this command is run by
CruiseControl while a commit is underway, but not sure about that.

Server is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise

Subversion version 1.1.3 (r12730), installed from setup installed on
tigris download site.

CruiseControl is running on the same server as the repository, but using
the svn:// url to access the repository, not a file:// url.

If I can provide any addional information please ask.

Thanks,

Allan
