Subject: Working with Subversion in an unversioned environment

Hey All,

I'm working as an outsource developer in a project along with some in-house
developers. The in-house developers don't use Subversion (or any other
versioning system for that matter), they all store their code in the same
network share.

I'm working with Subversion, using my company's repository.

I have no problem at all synching my work with their work on the network
share, as we never work on the same source files. All I need to do is
"commit" to the network share before I commit to the repository, using svn
status to know what's changed. It's just a little awkward to have to
"commit" twice.

Do you have any ideas on how to make this easier? Maybe a client-side
post-commit hook or something?

I thought of setting up a repository in my local machine, so I could use a
post-commit hook to commit to my company's repository instead, but how?

Thanks,
