Oh, well that changes things... a little. Have you looked at your Apache2
log files at all? The error log usually contains more explicit
information about the error that occurred. I'd check there for extra
information. At this point, I just don't have enough information to help
you any further.

Have you tried asking your questions on the TortoiseSVN or Eclipse lists
at all? Since it seems to be related to the tools you're using, perhaps
they might have seen the problem before and could better help you.
