Either that, or the windows distribution of apache 2.0.54.

The 2.0.54 tarball is already available here:

   http://apache.mirrors.versehost.com/httpd/

But the httpd website hasn't caught up yet, and a windows installer
isn't up yet. Should be within a day or two.
