        Either the locale is set to 'C', or the libapr0 package was not
        updated
        from our ftp server. (I believe it's the latter.)
        
        My subversion packages do not work with the distro libapr0
        package --
        see http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/apache2/README
        
        So that would be (for 9.1)
        http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/apache2/9.1-i386/libapr0-2.0.53-5.1.i586.rpm
        or
        http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/apache2/9.2-i386/libapr0-2.0.53-5.1.i586.rpm
        for 9.2 respectively.
