        What more information would you like that I can possibly give you?
  I could probably find out what version of Cygwin the user has, but
  beyond that you've given me no suggestions as to what I can do to help
  you help yourself. Throwing up your hands and ignoring the problem

  improve your software.

        And what is to stop the Neon developers from telling me that it is
  your problem? I certainly cannot tell them anything about how you
  "confimed" that it is really your problem. If you are using their
  library to write your software, I would say that it is your responisiblity
  to work this problem out with them, not me.
