If you don't mind specifying your password in the clear in either your
SVN_SSH env var or in your tunnels section, then the old plink will work
fine. To use the fixed one, just "set SVN_SSH=plink.exe" and then svn+ssh
should use it and prompt you for a password on the cmd prompt console
correctly.
