Win32 Python bindings for Subversion v1.1.2 and Python v2.4?

Has anyone created Win32 Python bindings for Subversion v1.1.2 and Python
v2.4?

If not, could someone compile them and host them somewhere?

For some reason (something to do with my computer), I cannot compile either
Subversion or the Python bindings.

I'm trying to get ViewCVS v1.0-dev R6 under Windows to run with Subversion
v1.1.2 but cannot until I can get the Python bindings for Python v2.4 and
Subversion v1.1.2.

*ooogles at the amount of version numbers*

Can anyone help me?
