Hi Patrick,
There a few options for you.

1. You could use FireDaemon.

2. You could use sc.exe if you are on Windows 2003 server.

3. You could use instsrv.exe and srvany.exe if you have the server resource
kit install on Windows 2000 or 2003 server.

4. You could use this person's svn wrapper service which will probably be
the quickest out of all the options.

I want to configure my Windows server to be a subversion repository. The
Subversion book gives a real good description on how to get a UNIX machine
to start svnserve as part of the boot process. Does anyone have similar
documentation for Windows? Has someone built a simple Windows Service to
launch svnserve? Thanks!
