I would like to rewrite the script in C and make it a little smarter but
time doesn't allow that right now. When the time to add a directory to
the root of our repository hits 5 minutes I will have to do something
about it! It's using svnlook that slows it all down as it fetches a
list of all the files in the commit directory and below.
