When you say "this property is on" I'm not sure whether you mean
SSPIOfferBasic or AuthzSVNAccessFile. I use SSPIOfferBasic and all
clients are able to authenticate properly.

In your access file, if you aren't using "SSPIOmitDomain", you will need
to list usernames in the format "DOMAIN\Username".
