Ok, so it sounds like chapter 2, 'basic concepts' needs to very
precisely define what a 'project' is, and how it relates to the
definition of 'working copy' and 'repository'. Chapters 1, 2, and 3
then need to be more careful about mixing terminologies. And the
quick-start might either need to be rewritten to avoid these concepts
altogether, or maybe moved to an appendix.
