Hook script to set auto-props

Hi,

I'm totally new to Subversion (no CVS experience either). I'm the SVN
administrator for a very small team of developers using Subversion 1.1 on
Win32.

What is the easiest way to set auto-props in a hook script? We want to set
the eol-style property to "native" during a commit, except for binary files.

I looked at the hook templates and it appears they all run a Perl
script. Where are the Perl scripts so I can take a look at how they do
their job?

I'm not a programmer and I don't know Perl, so I'm *really* hoping there is
a simple and fast solution for this.

Unfortunately, the client-side config file isn't suitable for us because
some of the users will log in from many different machines.

Thanks,
Jen
