Looking for commercial support for subversion

Hi:

My company is currently considering several options to replace our
source
code control system. Most of them are commercial products that have a
fairly hefty per-seat licensing fee, and that also covers maintenance
and
support. Then the other leading option is to use subversion (which
doesn't cost anything).

But for a more fair comparison, I'd like to know who would offer
commercial support for subversion. We would want a limited amount of
time
invested up front to help us design our setup intelligently (really that
probably boils down to just a few hours worth of advice from an
experienced professional), and then additional assistance available on a
retainer basis to be called on as needed (hopefully never, but we would
know it was available).

I was under the impression that CollabNet offered such service, but I
spoke with someone from their sales department and that is apparently
not
so. Thus, I'm wondering if anyone else DOES offer commercial support
contracts for subversion.
