Fedora Core II.

Yes. My SVN server is in the DMZ of an IPCop 1.3 firewall. I don't beleive
this is likely to be the problem as a number of other people (inclusing
myself) can access it just fine.

I don't know, but will find out.

Not in the apache error log. Is there a SVN log I can investigate?

I will find out. I expect it to be the latest.
