'svnmerge' tool

Hello,

For anyone interested here is a simple tool to help with tracking
merges from a head tree to a branch, please check out svnmerge:

    http://www.dellroad.org/svnmerge/

Eventually something better will surely come along but in the meantime
we've found this tool useful. Comments appreciated.
