cvs_acls script or similar functionality for svn

Hi

I would like to know if there is a similar to cvs_acls script for svn ? Or
some way to have similar functionality.

For those wo don't know about cvs_acls, is a script which hooked into CVS
by using commitinfo file can control exactly what user has access to what
directory of the repository (recusive access). The ideea is I would like
to give some users rights on some "modules", other users other modules.

Thanks!
