ahh! That might go a long way to explaining the timeout/lockup
problems some of us have been seeing with SVN 1.0.6 running on various
flavours of RedHat Enterprise Server. RedHat is WAY behind on updating
DB4.. they're still shipping 4.1.25.

I've been hassling them for a while to update it... I'll see if I can
escalate the trouble ticket we have open with them and get this done
pronto.
