The last db schema change happened at 0.34, so need to dump/load. I
can't think of any reason to change your apache or mod_authz_svn
configuration either. (Though mod_authz_svn now allows you to specify
repository names in section headers, a la [reposname:/path], when used
with SVNParentPath.)
