Check out Cyrusoft Mulberry as an email client. It has a really nice reply
dialog that lets you quickly select who in the From/Reply-to/Cc headers
should get the reply, and which of To or Cc they should be placed in. Lobby
the author of your email client to add the same dialog. It's perfect for
mailing lists and other situations where you have to reply to long lists of
recipients. (Meanwhile, I'm lobbying Cyrusoft for other features for
mailing lists. No, it's not yet perfect.)
