Peoples preferred SVN win 32 client.

Hiya,
i have loaded up rapid SVN 0.5.0 and subcommander 0.1.0 on my win 32 (xp
pro) machine.
 
subcommander seems to work slightly better at the moment with the https
protocol as rapid svn just crashs. The problem is that subcommander
doesn't seem to support the commit ability?
 
I would like to have https working in my client because i would like to
access it safely outside our firewall. What are other poples favorite
svn clients?

Would it just be best to get a command line tool for win 32?
