Ah. Okay. Though, note we've wasted an entire turnaround now. :-)

So, the checksum system is in place to guard against Bad Stuff. Is it
possible that some other process was modifying the file out of from
underneath the import process? Or that your repository is sitting on
some yicky disk sectors?
