DB_INCOMPLETE: Cache flush was unable to complete - Checkpointing errors

From: <pkahn_at_connected.com>

I am running version 1.0.2 (r9423) on fedora linux 2.4.20-8.

I restarted my webdav access to subversion several times to test an html
issue I was having and now all of my users are receiving the following:

        ------------------------------------
Berkeley DB error while checkpointing after Berkeley DB
        transaction for filesystem /home/svn/repos/db:

DB_INCOMPLETE: Cache flush was unable to complete
        ------------------------------------

I have blocked access, made a backup and am now recovering. I went looking
for information on this error and I have found nothing that is useful. I
also search through the red bean book.

Does anyone know what this means for subversion and how I would unwedge this
problem? Is recovery the only procedure?

Also, is there a location of common svn errors and common svn fixes?
Thanks.
