Thanks. I read the online help, read the faq, and read (a significant
part of) the book - and I missed this.

The natural place for me in the book was Chapter 5, Section 3.5:
"Migrating a Repository". No reference is made there to the "svn switch
--relocate" command. It may not be a bad idea to include such a
reference in that particular section in a future edition. In fact I
just mailed the "dev" list to suggest this.
