interrupted add while using TortoiseSVN, is my working directory hosed?

I just tried to add "overlib" to my working directory (a new directory with a number of files). A couple minutes later (before the commit), I found out that the version I had added had a bug in it and I reverted to an earlier version.

Now I'm unable to do any kind of TortoiseSVN operations on the directory and am not certain what to do, have I completely hosed my working directory with this?

Attempts to update: "Working copy '\\phalanx\web' locked"
Attempts to revert: "Working copy '\\phalanx\web' locked"
Attempts to cleanup: "'//phalanx/web/overlib' is not a working copy directory"

I did try to re-add the directory to subversion, but got an empty result with no effect.

I'm beginning preparations to re-check out my working directory if I have to...
