Going by July 2004 numbers, I would guess that
at least a third of all subversion users use
TortoiseSVN. If you consider software teams
where one person is the Subversion administrator
and distributes clients to users (which is
the case where I work) then that number is
probably a lot higher. But that's just a guess.
