ANN: cvs2svn 1.0.0-rc5 released

The cvs2svn developers are proud to announce a 1.0.0 *candidate*
release. Barring any unforeseen bugs, we're hoping to roll a 1.0.0
*final* release a week from today on 23 August, 2004.

Major changes from rc4 to rc5:

- Add support for the '$Revision$' keyword due to resolution of
  http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1287
- Add man page for cvs2svn
- No longer require --dump-only or -s with --dry-run
- Loosen symbolic name restrictions: Translate '/' and '\' to '++' and
  '--' respectively, and accept everything else
- Fix bug when translating CRLF -> LF on Win32
- Print conversion stats when done converting
- Fix cvs2svn to work with python 2.0
- Fix --exclude bug that didn't exclude everything it claimed it was
  excluding

Major changes from rc3 to rc4:

- Add '--keywords-off' switch

Major changes from rc2 to rc3:

- Revert to using RCS 'co' by default, --use-cvs allows the use of CVS
- Correctly report total number of Subversion revisions throughout pass5
