Your guess is as good as anyone's. IIRC, the schedule for 1.1 was
looked at only after a handful of its major features had be done.[1]
When this will be for 1.2, nobody can know. Some of the features came
by "early" due to the initiative from volunteers (e.g. i18n support),
so the actual date can vary much depending on who pushes what how much.

If you are happy to know the order of magnitude, we can have a look at

  http://subversion.tigris.org/project_status.html

and see that there are about 8 month between 1.0 and 1.1 (barring any
disasters). Based on that (admittingly small sample size :), less than
6 months sounds unprobable as does much more than a year. So "somewhen
in 2005"[2] sounds like a good guess. ;-)
