No. It just means that you are not loading the moculde. In apache.conf or a
conf file included from there (modules.conf?) make sure that you LoadModule
dav_module modules/dav_module.c. If you have a fairly conventional apache
setup, it may only be necessary to create a mod_dav.conf file in
<apache>/conf/modules.d.
