authentification problem, passwd-file

Hi all,

i am running svn 1.0 on SUSE standalone, starting it via rcsvnserve. I
created a few repositories, each with a passwd file in the conf directory
looking like this:

[users]
aaa = pwda
bbb = pwdb
ccc = pwdc

(different users for each repository). No realm is configured. As client i
use Tortoise SVN 1.0.
The first user may log in, but the users bbb and ccc may not.
I can not firgure out what i am doing wrong.
Any help would be very appreciated.
