Authentication problem

Hi all,

i am running svn on SUSE standalone, starting it via rcsvnserve.
I created a few repositories, each with a passwd file in the conf
directory looking like this:

[users]
aaa = pwda
bbb = pwdb
ccc = pwdc

the first user is known by the server and may log in, but users bbb and
ccc may not log in.
Any help would be very appreciated.
