Re: Subversion Platforms: WINDOWS OR AIX/UNIX?

Hey, I would *love* the opportunity to run Linux at our shop, but right
now I think that it would frighten the folks here even more than 'open
source' Subversion does! :)

Yes, I love Linux/Fedora/yum and use it myself at home on my own
computers. However, I have no reason (yet) to run Subversion at home. :)

If you are going to get another machine (you hinted you would if you were
going to run the
Subversion server on Windows) try Fedora Core 2, it shops with Subversion
and works well. You don't
even have to go to a third party to get the binaries. See
http://www.subversionary.org/subversionary.cgi/ServerSetupFedoraCore2

If you run yum regularly you will get updates as well.
