I made a new Fedora Core 1 rpm incorporating the 10501:10502 patch, and
after a few tests on formerly-broken symlink stuff, I'm happy with it.

I notice that in .svn/, the symlinks are still referred to as
"kind=file" in entries, and as "svn:special" in the corresponding file
in props/. In short, the symlink problem is corrected but the
administrative naming issues that are discussed in issue 1986 (insofar
as I understand them) remain.
