Web front-end for access list editing

Hi,

I'm a subversion veteran since version 0.32.0. I've implemented quite
a number of repositories on a FedoraCore1 server using httpd and
dav_svn + authz_svn. I have created quite the list of users both in
an httpasswd file and an authz_svn access list.
Now my question doesn't seem to matter if I'm using pre-commit hooks
to protect directories or if I'm using authz_svn access lists.

What I want to know is very simple, so here goes: has anyone yet
written a script or cgi that can run on the web to allow the
creation/editing of users and groups in an authz_svn access list? I
found a script for administering users and groups for http Auth, but
have yet to find one for administering an authz_svn access list.

I will write one in perl if nobody has written anything yet.
