SVN 1.1 has only a 'rc1' release candidate out. We're about to relase
'rc2' this week. So we're not advertising it on the front page just
yet.

SVN 1.1 was announced on the dev@, users@, and announce@ mailing lists,
as well as the 'news' section of the project. Where else should it be
mentioned?
