Yes. As others have mentioned, the Subclipse project has one svnAnt (written
mostly i think by Cedric Chabanois (pardon my french)). You can get it from
the subclipse svn repository at

http://svn.collab.net/repos/subclipse/trunk/svnant/

I've never used it, but I believe it can either use the commandline client or
javahl.
