Server is 1.0.4. I've seen that folks are having some trouble running
svn commands in a WC that doesn't "belong" to them, even if the
permissions are set correctly. I also don't know if the bug reported in
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1509 is relevant.

I'm just not sure if this is a Windows specific problem. Are there other
"shared working copy" problems I should know about?
