I built it all from source. The only problem I had was confusion due
to an errant bdb 4.1 lying around. When I redid everything to upgrade
to Apache 2.0.49 and subversion 1.0.2 it all built completely cleanly.

Seeing all the problems people have with binary distros and
incompatible versions of various dependencies, I think I did the right
thing.
