So your working copy thinks that moveabletype.backup was last changed in
revision 19, and is at version 19.

Are you *sure* that HEAD is 18? If you do a fresh checkout of a new
working copy, what revision do you get?

What happens when you run 'svnadmin recover' on the repository?
