Do you know which version of BerkeleyDB you're using? Can you send in
the output of 'otool -L svn'?
Unfortunately, this sounds remarkably like the "BerkeleyDB 4.1.25 on Mac
OS X eats your data and pours sugar in your gas tank" bug but I sure as
heck hope not--that means that you're most likely going to have to go to
backup.
Crossing my fingers that you're using BDB 4.2 and this is some unrelated
bug.
