Look for updated Subversion packages in

  ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/poeml/subversion/9.0-i386/

Subject: Server config on Suse Linux

We are starting some new development projects and wanted to make a clean start with Subversion. Our version of Suse 9.0 came with Subversion installed. When I use svadmin create I get a repository with the following files/dirs:

README.txt dav db format hooks locks

Notice the absence of a "conf" dir as documented in the book. I'm at the point in the book to setup users for the server, and I'm not sure how to proceed. Should I just create the files by hand or is something broken now? The README is pretty clear about not modifying the files under the repository so I figured I should ask before I go too far down the wrong path.

Thanks,
j
