RE: The Book (was Re: Sub modules?)

I can't read on-line material either.

I use FinePrint (http://www.pdffactory.com/products/fineprint/) it allows
packaging any printout into a booklet format. It works extremely well with
not only printers that support double sided printing but also works with
printers that are single-sided (they don't have to support postscript either
- my home printer is a Cannon LBP-660) - you just need to turn the paper
over in the feeder after the first side is printed :-).

You can purchase staple guns that will staple the middle as per a book as
well :-) FinePrint allows setting the number of sheets of paper over which
the booklet is printed i.e. if your staple gun handles 20 sheets well then
setting this limit at that value will automatically see your printed output
in blocks of 20 sheets - each section a stand-a-lone readable section of the
main "book" :-) Not as good as the book itself, but I live in Australia, USD
<-> AUD is extremely poor, so a $50 US book ends up costing over $100 AU -
this makes it difficult to get such purchases past the wife :-)

I was so impressed with FinePrint here at work that I bought a copy for home
use.

Or, if you're really desperate, download the PDF and print a copy yourself.
I'll often splurge on pre-punched paper for this, and fortunately Acrobat
makes double-sided printing possible.
