The bug we're fixing has nothing to do with WC corruption. It's about
'svn up' stopping when it doesn't have to. It's silly for users to be
forced to run 'svn up' N times to get the update to finish.

There's only a few known WC "corruption" bugs that we know about, and
they're all filed right now. Most of them have to do with interrupting
'svn switch' prematurely. If you have specific bugs to report, please
let us know!
