Bug#1093 makes move/rename feature almost useless

Hi all,

There is a very annoying bug in subversion histroy command wich makes
checking diffs between the current vesion and a version before a
move/rename almost inpossible. If someone does not know the exact URL of a
revision before the rename, the subversion will not be able to produce the
diff. Rename/move is almost useless in subversion until this issue is
fixed (nobody is able to memorize old URLs of all renamed/moved files in a
large repository)

I am watching this bug since I ran into a problem caused by it, but it
seems there is no any activity on this issue.

So my question is:

When can I expect fixing this (I think very serious) problem, or who
should I contact to ask to speed up the process a bit?
