You're in danger of annoying space-eating (due to BDB log files). We
have a vague fuzzy feeling that >=4.2.50 is more stable, less likely
to require 'svnadmin recover', etc, but I don't have numbers to back
that up, just anecdotal evidence.

Go with the latest BDB, you'll be glad :-).
