No, but you could try forcing the developers to use a wrapper for svn
and do your own logging, and/or do creative filtering/analyzing of the
Apache access logs (if you're using an Apache setup); that could be
difficult, though.

As Tobias said, it's more a question of developers knowing (at least
superficially) what everyone else is doing. After all, why would they
check out a project if they aren't working on it, and, would several of
them unknowingly be working on the same project?
