I dunno, if my answer made it to you yesterday. It looks like i forgot
to cc the list.
Have you checked the archive of the svn-user group for the following
thread "PHP script for viewing subversion repositories"?

That's basically what I did. I tweaked the script to use the same css as
svnindex.xsl, so people don't really notice a difference when they
browse our server.
