Actually, ViewCVS supports an svn_parent_path configuration directive
that you'd set to the same thing that's in your httpd.conf. Then, at
the root of each repository view you'll have (if you use the default
templates that come with ViewCVS) a drop-down box that lists all the
available repositories.
