migrating from sourceforge

Hello,
        I was wondering if someone could direct me to a step-by-step guide for
using cvs2svn to migrate from sourceforge.

        This is such a common task that it seems that it would be nice to have
explicit instructions included in the book or in a FAQ somewhere.

        A "really good" answer to this question would include exactly what
level of sourceforge access (anonymous,developer,admin) was needed to
perform this task.
