directory properties changed?

From: Charles E. Doucette <cdoucette_at_med-learn.com>

I just used the TortoiseSVN commit command to see what had changed
and I saw:

subdir Modified (P only)

When I used svn status, I saw something similar:

E:\Inetpub\AbfpPhyPortal>svn status -N
? ABFPportal.suo
? ABFPportal.csproj.webinfo
 M .
 M my
M ABFPportal.csproj
M ABFPportal.sln

Based on my reading of the svn status help, this also implies
that the directory properties have been changed.

I don't believe that anyone has made any property changes.
Nobody has done that before and none of us know how to change
a property.

So - what gives? How do I find out what property has changed?
Assuming it wasn't a change we wanted to make, I assume I can
revert the directories?

Thanks,
Chuck
